Dutch IP- and DNS Bloking Orders regarding the Pirate Bay

After the Dutch Court ordered 2 Dutch ISP’s to block The Pirate Bay, BREIN unsuccessfully tried to negotiate a similar blockade with several other large Dutch  ISP’s. Unable to work out a voluntary cooperation, BREIN recently turned to court again. As a result of the Court order another 5 Dutch ISP’s had to accomplish a blockade last May. BREIN General Manager, Tim Kuik  presents the Dutch Pirate Bay case  including proceedings on the merits, preliminary injunction proceedings and ex parte proceedings as well as a judgment on the circumvention of the blocking orders during a Webconference on 18 June 2012.
