Decision of the Barcelona Court of Appeal in the case SGAE vs “www.elrincondejesus.com” proposing direct downloading links to illegal websites such as Megaupload

After a decision in first instance detrimental to the right owners, the Appeal Court of Barcelona while not admitting all the actions pursued by SGAE in the legal complaint, does amend the 1st instance decision, both recognizing that there is responsibility in the case of certain links (direct links to servers such as Megaupload or Rapidshare), but not all; and also clarifying the rights involved in P2P and linking sites.
